Shiro Cosmetics Eye Shadows

These are loose shadows from Shiro Cosmetics. The top is with a primer and the bottom is without. They are very pigmented, even without a primer. I find when I use the shadows either with water or a setting spray, the pigmentation is more true to what it is in the container (they come in different sizes). The texture is smooth and easy to work with. The pigments are eye and lip safe. Overall, I give these a 5/5 for great pigmentation, color selection, price and versatility.
