Nars Sheer Matte Foundation - $45

The Nars Sheer Matte Foundation provides light to medium coverage, and blends in very easily and seamlessly into the skin. It dries to a natural matte finish. I have the shade "Gobi", which is a perfect match for me. While it is a matte foundation, it feels light-weight. In the picture I am not wearing a primer or setting powder, just to show what it looks like alone. Although, I never wear a foundation without a primer or setting powder. Unlike the Nars Sheer Glow, this lasted all day with no problem. It did not cake, or separate. I would recommend this to people with normal, combo or oily skin. This is not a full coverage foundation, so you will need to add concealer to cover problem areas. Overall, I give this a 4/5. The color selection is great (17 shades with different undertones), and lasts all day. It didn't get a full 5/5 because of the price. I can find better matte foundations with more coverage for a lot less than $45. You can find this foundation at Lord and Taylor, Nordstrom, Sephora and Nars.
