I picked up the Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Higlighting concealer pen when I was browsing the cosmetics aisle in the grocery store awhile back. Unsure of what to expect from a cheap highlighting pen, I figured if worse comes to worse I can always hang on to it just in case. I was pleasantly suprised with the outcome however. This comes in an easy, accessible click-pen form with a synthetic brush applicator tip. When you twist, product dispenses from the top. This is a thin textured formula that provides light coverage with a bit of a sheen. When working with this pen, I did notice it evened out any discolorations I had and also had a hint of shine to my complexion. With that being said, I would advise to not conceal any blemishes as this will draw more attention to them because of the sheen (especially cystic acne or raised bumps). I love this particular wand for two purposes.
1) Concealing dark circles underneath the eyes
2) Highlighting the tops of the cheekbones, bridge of the nose or other highpoints of the face
The formula sets to a demi-matte finish when set with a powder. This also prevents the concealer formula from creasing and settling into any fine lines or wrinkles.
This concealer lasted all day on me, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cheap drugstore alternative to other highlighting pens such as the M.A.C. 'Radiant Rose' Prep + Prime or the YSL 'Touche Eclat'. Found at the grocery store for $7.99 I wear the shade "Nude"

As I mentioned above, the M.A.C Prep+ Prime Highlighter comes in a quick and easy convienent click pen that dispenses product from the tip of the built in brush applicator. I apply this straight from the brush and blend it in. The silky and smooth texture makes this highlighter very easy to use and set. This particular highlighter sets quicker than most I find. It sets to a soft matte within seconds, so you must blend quickly. I also found the coverage is light to medium, less than what you would get from a regular concealer. I prefer to use this as a highlighting wand more-so than a concealer. You can highlight anywhere with this though; under the eyes, on the brow bone, on the tops of the cheeks, bridge of the nose. I also have the shade "Radiant Rose" which I find to be the most brightening out of any of the Prep+ Prime shades. It has a slight pink sheen to it which is absolutely beautiful.
Also, please note that, although this is a Prep+Prime product, it is necessasry to take the steps of prepping your skin with a moisturizer beforehand on the skin. This product does have a tendency of accentuating fine lines and wrinkles without prepping the skin first.
